Antonia has since worked in London, Leeds and Melbourne. Antonia founded Vertical Talent in 2004, a new recruitment business to meet a need for specialist Procurement Recruitment services in Australia. It grew to become a national provider with a handsome list of clients from both the private and public sectors. Vertical Talent exited to Drake International together with a new HR technology business now known as “Drake Actualizer”. Antonia has worked in HR consulting and strategy to support workforce planning, strategy and development. Antonia was the lead consultant on a highly innovative recruitment accreditation for the procurement profession (in association with CIPSA and RCSA). She occasionally speaks locally and internationally at conferences on the topics of talent management, talent acquisition and HR procurement category management.
